77 Appointment
(1)
The Executive Director is to be appointed by the Corporation.
(2)
The Chairperson or a nominated director must not be appointed as the Executive Director.
(3)
A person who is a member of the executive of a representative organisation of the Corporation must not be appointed as the Executive Director.
(4)
If the Executive Director becomes a member of the executive of a representative organisation of the Corporation, he or she ceases to hold office as the Executive Director.
(6)
The appointment of a person as Executive Director is not invalid because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person’s appointment.
