Executive Director not to engage in other paid employment

In force

The Executive Director must not:

(a)

if the Executive Director holds office on a full‑time basis—engage in paid employment outside the duties of the office without the Corporation’s approval; or

(b)

if the Executive Director holds office on a part‑time basis—engage in paid employment that, in the Corporation’s opinion, conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of the Executive Director’s duties.
