83 Resignation
(1)
The Executive Director may resign by written notice signed and delivered to the Chairperson.
(2)
The resignation takes effect (unless the Executive Director’s appointment is sooner terminated):
(a)
if a date of effect is stated in the notice of resignation—at the end of that day; or
(b)
in any other case—on the day on which the notice is given.
