A work plan prepared under section 54 is not a corporate plan for the purposes of section 35 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
Note:
The Commission Board must also prepare a corporate plan under that section.
(2)
Subsection 35(3) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the Australian Government’s key priorities and objectives) does not apply to a corporate plan prepared by the Commission Board.
