83 Annual report
The annual report prepared by the CEO and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include the following:
details of the membership of the Council;
details of the functions, composition and membership of each Principal Committee;
details of all regulatory recommendations and interim regulatory recommendations made by the CEO during the period;
details of any matter referred by the Minister to the CEO, the Council or a Principal Committee during the period under section 5D;
details of any direction given by the Minister to the CEO, the Council or a Principal Committee during the period under section 5E;
details of any guidelines or interim guidelines issued by the CEO during the period in the performance of the CEO’s functions under paragraph 7(1)(a);
details of all recommendations made by the CEO during the period to the Minister in the performance of the CEO’s functions under paragraph 7(1)(c);
a copy of the Commissioner’s annual report to the CEO for the period;
details of all action taken by the CEO in response to recommendations made by the Commissioner.

Repeal the note, substitute:
The Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 applies to the Commission. That Act deals with matters relating to corporate Commonwealth entities, including reporting and the use and management of public resources.
104 Paragraph 26(2)(b)
Omit “or”.
105 Paragraph 26(2)(c)
Repeal the paragraph.
106 At the end of subsection 26(2)
Add:
The appointment of a Commission Board member may also be terminated under section 30 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with terminating the appointment of an accountable authority, or a member of an accountable authority, for contravening general duties of officials).
107 Section 33
Omit “Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997”, substitute “Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013”.
108 Section 43
Repeal the section, substitute:
