46F Varying or revoking an overseas payload permit
(1)
The Minister may, in writing, vary or revoke an overseas payload permit held by a person.
Note:
See section 46H for the procedure for varying or revoking an overseas payload permit.
(2)
The Minister must give notice of the variation or revocation to the person. The notice must specify the day the variation or revocation takes effect.
