46G Applying for the grant, variation or transfer of an overseas payload permit
(1)
An application for the grant, variation or transfer of an overseas payload permit must be made in accordance with the rules.
Debris mitigation strategy
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), an application for the grant of an overseas payload permit must include a strategy for debris mitigation.
(3)
The strategy must address the matters prescribed by the rules for the purposes of this subsection.
(4)
Subsection (3) does not limit the matters that may be included in the strategy.
