Cancellation of facility installation permit

In force

(1)

The ACMA may, by written notice given to the holder of a facility installation permit, cancel the permit.

(2)

In deciding whether to cancel the permit, the ACMA may have regard to:

(a)

any contravention of Division 5; and

(b)

any matter which the ACMA was entitled to have regard in deciding whether to issue a permit.

(3)

Subclause (2) does not, by implication, limit the matters to which the ACMA may have regard.
