54A Notification of change of circumstances
If:
an application is pending; and
the applicant becomes aware of a change of circumstances relating to information set out in the application;
the applicant must:
notify the change to the ACMA; and
do so as soon as practicable.
After considering the notification, the ACMA must decide whether or not the change should be treated as a material change in circumstances for the purposes of clause 58.
Clause 58 deals with the timing of the ACMA’s decision on the application.
The ACMA must:
notify the applicant in writing of the ACMA’s decision under subclause (2); and
do so within 2 business days after the day on which the decision is made.
