61 Extension of permit
(1)
Before a protection zone installation permit expires, the holder of the permit may apply to the ACMA to extend the duration of the permit for a further 180 days.
(2)
The holder must give the ACMA reasons for requesting to extend the duration of the permit.
(3)
If the ACMA refuses the application, the ACMA must give the holder written notice of the ACMA’s decision and the reasons for the decision.
