15 Period of appointment for directors of the Authority
(1)
A director of the Authority holds office for the period specified in the instrument of appointment. The period must not exceed 3 years.
Note:
For reappointment, see the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
(2)
A director of the Authority must not be reappointed on more than one occasion.
