Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012

There is to be a Chief Executive Officer of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency.

The Chief Executive Officer has the management of the Agency.

The office of Chief Executive Officer of the Workplace Gender Equality Agency is, for all purposes, a continuation under that name of the office of Director of Workplace Gender Equality established under section 9 of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
