Disclosure of interest

(1)

The CEO shall give written notice to the Minister of all direct or indirect pecuniary interests that the CEO has or acquires in, or in relation to, a relevant employer.

(2)

Subsection (1) applies in addition to section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests).
