Apprenticeship and Traineeship Act 2001

This clause applies to a complaint made under section 39 but not finally determined before the repeal day.

The following provisions apply to a complaint made by a party to an apprenticeship or traineeship that was not settled or referred to the Review Panel under section 40 before the repeal day—

section 40 (1), as in force immediately before its substitution by the amending Act, continues to apply to the complaint,

if a settlement is not achievable, the Commissioner is to deal with the complaint in accordance with Part 4 of the Act, as amended by the amending Act.
