37 Trainee apprenticeships
Section 7 (5D), as inserted by the amending Act, does not affect—
(a)
any existing trainee apprenticeship not completed before the commencement of that subsection, or
(b)
any application for a trainee apprenticeship made but not determined before that commencement.
