Apprenticeship and Traineeship Act 2001

An amendment made by the amending Act to section 23 applies to any apprentice or trainee who completes his or her term of apprenticeship or traineeship after the commencement of the amendment.

Sections 36 and 37, as in force immediately before their substitution by the amending Act, continue to apply to any application made under those sections but not determined before the substitution. However, on and from the repeal day, any reference in those sections to the Review Panel is to be read as a reference to the Commissioner.
