This clause applies to land at Coward Street, John Street, Haran Street, Church Avenue, O’Riordan Street and Gardeners Road, Mascot, known as Linear Park, being Lots 1, 2 and 4 and part of Lots 3 and 5, DP 85917 and Lot 1, DP 224757 and identified as “9” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
