This clause applies to land at Lot 100, DP 1250842 and Lot 24, DP 1242288, 128 Bunnerong Road and 120 Banks Avenue, Eastgardens, identified as “33” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)
Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a)
serviced apartments,
(b)
commercial premises,
(c)
recreation facilities (indoor).
