17 Suspension of registration
(1)
The Secretary may, by written notice to a registered certifier, suspend the registration of the registered certifier if the Secretary is satisfied that there are grounds for the suspension of the registration.
(2)
Notice of the suspension must specify—
(a)
the date or time from which suspension takes effect, and
(b)
the period of suspension, and
(c)
the grounds for the suspension.
