18 Cancellation of registration
(1)
The Secretary may, by written notice to a registered certifier, cancel the registration of the registered certifier if the Secretary is satisfied that there are grounds for the cancellation of registration.
(2)
Notice of the cancellation must specify—
(a)
the date or time from which cancellation takes effect, and
(b)
the grounds for the cancellation.
