19 Suspension or cancellation may be subject to conditions
(1)
Registration may be suspended or cancelled unconditionally or subject to the conditions that the Secretary determines to impose.
(2)
The conditions may include (but are not limited to) conditions to which the registration was subject immediately before it was suspended or cancelled.
(3)
The Secretary may, by written notice given to the former registered certifier, attach new conditions to, or vary or revoke existing conditions of, the suspension or cancellation of the registration.
