4.1D Minimum lot sizes for certain land uses in certain conservation zones
The objectives of this clause are as follows—
to allow for certain non-residential land uses,
to minimise any adverse impact on local amenity and the natural environment,
to achieve satisfactory environmental and infrastructure outcomes,
to minimise land use conflicts.
This clause applies to land in the following zones—
Zone C3 Environmental Management,
Zone C4 Environmental Living.
Development consent may be granted to development for a purpose specified in the table to this clause on land in a zone listed beside the purpose, if the area of the lot is equal to or greater than the area specified in the table.
