Shop top housing in Zone E3 or Zone SP4

This clause applies to land in the following zones—

(a)

Zone E3 Productivity Support,

(b)

Zone SP4 Enterprise.

(2)

Development consent must not be granted for development for the purposes of shop top housing on the land unless the floor area used for shop top housing will not be more than the floor area used for business premises and retail premises on the ground floor of the building.
