7.22 Development near Zone C3 Environmental Management boundaries
This clause applies to land that is within 20m of land that is—
identified as “Dwelling Density” on the Dwelling Density Map, and
within Zone C3 Environmental Management, and
on or adjacent to the boundary of another zone.
Development consent may be granted to development of land to which this clause applies for a purpose that may be carried out in a zone adjoining the land if the consent authority is satisfied—
the development is not inconsistent with the objectives for development in both zones, and
the carrying out of the development is desirable due to compatible land use planning, infrastructure capacity and other planning principles relating to the efficient and timely development of land.
