218 Reports to be lodged with Registrar concerning prescribed particulars
(1)
A co-operative must lodge with the Registrar, within the period or periods prescribed by, or determined in accordance with, the National Regulations, a report on any particulars prescribed by the National Regulations.
Maximum penalty—$2,000.
(2)
An offence based on subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability.
