71 Exemptions from disclosure statements
(1)
The Registrar may, by designated instrument, exempt a co-operative or class of co-operatives from any or all of the provisions of this Division.
(2)
An exemption under subsection (1) may be given only if the Registrar is satisfied that compliance with the requirement would be inappropriate in the circumstances or would impose an unreasonable burden.
(3)
An exemption may be given unconditionally or subject to conditions.
