75 Limitation of personal liability
No matter or thing done by the Minister, the Secretary, an employee or any other person shall, if the matter or thing was done in good faith and with reasonable care for the purposes of executing the community welfare legislation, subject the Minister, the Secretary, the employee or that other person personally to any action, liability, claim or demand.
