76B Person falsely representing as an employee
A person, not being an employee, who—
(a)
assumes or uses the designation of employee or falsely represents himself or herself to be officially associated in any capacity with the Department, or
(b)
uses, for any fraudulent purpose, any designation which that person previously held in the Department,
is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
