Obstruction etc of officers

In force

A person who wilfully hinders, obstructs, delays, assaults or threatens with violence another person in the exercise of that other person’s functions under this Act is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty—10 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months, or both.
