Suspension or revocation of inclusion of witness intermediaries on panel

Current

The Secretary of the Department in which the Act is administered may—

(a)

suspend or revoke the inclusion of a person on a panel under the Act, section 294M, or

(b)

make the inclusion subject to conditions, or

(c)

vary or revoke any condition of inclusion or impose additional conditions on inclusion.
