Case conference certificates

For the purposes of section 75 (1) of the Act, a case conference certificate must be in Form 1B.

(2)

Any matters set out in the form that are in addition to the matters specified in section 75 (1) of the Act are prescribed for the purposes of section 75 (1) (j) of the Act.
