This clause applies to Lot 1031, DP 900744, 367P Merrylands Road, corner Burnett Street, Merrylands, known as “Merrylands Park”, shown as “15” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

Development for the purposes of food and drink premises is permitted with development consent.
