This clause applies to Lot W, DP 391056, 459 Merrylands Road, Merrylands, shown as “17” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)
Development for the purposes of take away food and drink premises is permitted with development consent if the gross floor area of the take away food and drink premises does not exceed 100 square metres.
