This clause applies to Lots 44 and 45, DP 833604, Lot 6, DP 802794 and Lot 5, DP 794341, 615 Great Western Highway, Greystanes, shown as “7” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a)

animal boarding or training establishments,

(b)

function centres,

(c)

highway service centres,

(d)

hotel or motel accommodation,

(e)

medical centres,

(f)

(Repealed)

(g)

veterinary hospitals.
