179AA Record of child safety training
An approved provider must ensure that the following information is kept for child safety training that each person with management or control of the service is required to complete in accordance with section 162B of the Law—
(a)
evidence the person with management or control of the service has completed the training; and
(b)
the date the training was completed and the expiry date of the training (if applicable).
