236T Prescribed fees
The prescribed fee for a provision of the Law specified in Column 1 of the Table in Schedule 2A in the circumstances specified in Column 2 must be calculated as follows—
(a)
by determining the amount payable under the regulation referred to in Column 3 of the Ttable; and
(b)
by multiplying the amount determined under paragraph (a) by the multiplier specified in Column 4 of the Table.
