16AA Definitions
In this division—
safety management plan means a plan—
(a)
describing the procedures in place to manage hazards and risks to safety associated with the activities that are to be authorised by a licence, and
(b)
prepared in accordance with the regulations.
security plan means a plan—
(a)
describing the facilities, systems and procedures in place for the safe and secure handling of explosives or explosive precursors under a licence, and
(b)
prepared in accordance with the regulations.
