s 16AC

Eligibility for licence

In force

(1)

A person is eligible to be granted a licence if—

(a)

for an individual—the individual—

(i)

is at least 18 years of age, and

(ii)

holds a security clearance, and

(iii)

complies with the eligibility criteria prescribed by the regulations for the type of licence, or

(b)

for a corporation—

(i)

a responsible person for the corporation holds a security clearance, and

(ii)

the corporation complies with the eligibility criteria prescribed by the regulations for the type of licence.

(2)

Subsection (1)(a)(ii) and (b) do not apply to a fireworks, single use, licence.
