16AD Application for licence
(1)
An application for a licence must be—
(a)
made in the approved form, and
(b)
accompanied by—
(i)
the documents, including photographs, specified in the approved form, and
(ii)
the fee determined under section 17.
(2)
The regulatory authority may require an applicant to lodge the following—
(a)
a safety management plan,
(b)
a security plan.
(3)
If the applicant is a corporation, the applicant must nominate a responsible person for the corporation.
(4)
The applicant must, if asked by the regulatory authority, give the regulatory authority additional information the regulatory authority reasonably requires to determine the application.
