Disclosure of information to Treasurer

(1)

The Valuer-General may disclose to the Treasurer any information held by the Valuer-General for the purposes of the administration or execution of this Act.

(2)

This section applies despite section 11 of the Valuation of Land Act 1916.

(3)

This section does not authorise the disclosure of personal information (within the meaning of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998).

(4)

In this section—

Treasurer includes a person authorised by the Treasurer.

Valuer-General includes a person authorised by the Valuer-General.
