144 Delegation of functions
(1)
The Treasurer may delegate to the Secretary of the Treasury or any person employed in the Public Service any function of the Treasurer under this Act, other than a function under Part 4 or this power of delegation.
(2)
A delegate may sub-delegate any function delegated by the Treasurer to any person employed in the Public Service, if authorised in writing to do so by the Treasurer.
(3)
The Chief Commissioner may delegate to any person employed in the Public Service any function of the Chief Commissioner under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
