4 Saving of existing TAB exclusive licences
A licence in force under Division 4 of Part 11 of the Liquor Act 1982 and in force immediately before the repeal of that Division by this Act is taken to be a CMS licence in force under this Act.
A licence in force under Part 12 of the Liquor Act 1982 and in force immediately before the repeal of that Part by this Act is taken to be a links licence in force under this Act.
An investment licence in force under Part 13 of the Liquor Act 1982 and in force immediately before the repeal of that Part by this Act is taken to be an investment licence in force under this Act.
