1B Continuation of excluded information in Schedule 2
(1)
Information that relates to a function specified in Schedule 2, or was specified in that Schedule immediately before a provision of that Schedule was amended or repealed, continues to be excluded information for the purposes of this Act despite—
(a)
the repeal of any Act referred to in that Schedule, or
(b)
the abolition of any agency referred to in that Schedule, or
(c)
the amendment of that Schedule.
(2)
This clause is subject to any express provision to the contrary.
