Division 5 (Government contracts with private sector) of Part 3 does not apply to a government contract entered into by or on behalf of an agency before 1 January 2007 (being the date of commencement of section 15A of the FOI Act).

(2)

Division 5 of Part 3 does not apply to a government contract entered into by a SOC or local authority before the commencement of this clause.
