9 Adoption
It is to be conclusively presumed that there is an overriding public interest against disclosure of information that would disclose—
(a)
matter relating to adoption procedures under the Adoption Act 2000, or
(b)
matter relating to the receipt of an amended or original birth certificate or of prescribed information under the Adoption Act 2000.
