Continuation in office of members of Public Service Commission Advisory Board

Current

(1)

A person holding office as a member of the Public Service Commission Advisory Board under the former Act immediately before the repeal of that Act is taken to have been appointed as a member of the Public Service Commission Advisory Board under this Act for the balance of the member’s term of office under the former Act.

(2)

For the purpose of determining the maximum total terms that a person may hold office as a member of the Public Service Commission Advisory Board under this Act, a term of office under the former Act is taken to be a term of office under this Act.
