Police officers to be authorised officers

In force

(1)

A police officer may exercise the functions of an authorised officer under this Act.

(2)

A reference in this Act (other than in section 18 or 19) to an authorised officer includes a reference to a police officer in the course of exercising, as referred to in this section, the functions of an authorised officer.
