123 Form of contracts
(1)
An amendment of section 7 (except section 7(8)) by the amending Act does not apply to a contract entered into before the commencement of the amendment.
(2)
The amendment of section 7A by the amending Act does not apply to a contract entered into before the commencement of the amendment.
