128 Owner-builder permits
(1)
Section 32(1A) does not apply to an owner-builder permit issued before the commencement of that provision or issued after the commencement of that provision pursuant to an application made before that commencement.
(2)
An amendment of section 31 by the amending Act does not apply to an application for an owner-builder permit made before the commencement of the amendment.
