125 Statutory warranties
(1)
Section 18BA (Duties of person having benefit of statutory warranty) does not apply in respect of a contract entered into before the commencement of the section.
(2)
The amendment of section 18F by the amending Act does not apply in respect of a contract entered into before the commencement of the amendment.
